Before, During & After a Mistake

Weeks 1–2: Name It

We find your specific FOMU fingerprint- the triggers, the workarounds, the story underneath the pattern. We map where it shows up in your body before your brain even catches up and quantify what it's costing you.

Weeks 3–4: Own It

We dismantle the illusion of control. We separate your intentions from outcomes you can't guarantee anyway. You learn to own your humanity without letting your mistakes own you.

Weeks 5–6: Trust It

You build trust in your own compassion and your capacity to recover. The spiral that used to last days starts lasting hours or less so you get time back and disrupt the pattern before it restarts and strengthens.

Common Questions

How much time will this intensive really take?

The program consists of six 60-minute group sessions for six weeks starting the week of April 13th. Outside of that, async support is offered via Voxer (Monday–Friday). It is designed to integrate into your workday, not add another heavy 'to-do'  item to your plate.

What if I've already done therapy, coaching, or read all the books?

You're informed and ready to make change. You don't need more information, you need a specific accountability structure so the knowledge you already have finally sticks. FOMU to Flow bridges the gap between 'knowing the patterns' and actually reprogramming your habits and beliefs. 

I'm a bit nervous about sharing in a group setting.

That's a very common feeling for high-achievers. However, the founding cohort will be limited to six people to establish psychological safety. Sharing will happen in a space with individuals who experience the same patterns. 

What happens after the six weeks are over?

By the end of the program, you will have built the internal muscle to navigate the FOMU cycle. You'll walk away with clarity, reclaimed mental space, and a set of tools to maintain these habits going forward.
